Patient Dissent (refusal) to Wingate text messaging them

Are you happy to help Wingate to look after you by agreeing for us to send you occasional text messages?

It is very helpful for us if you agree to being contacted by text

This won’t be how we contact you every time but for certain straight forward things this method is the most convenient, for example, if we need to request you to contact us, to obtain the result of a recent blood test or investigation

We don’t need you to let us know if you agree to being texted but we do need to know if you are not in agreement with being contacted in this way
