We are a large, dynamic, training practice, providing care to the people of Kirkby and East Fazakerley.
With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. Important Update to Patients:
PATCHS
We are now using a NEW online platform called PATCH'S - this replaces e-consult.
Please note that with immediate effect, the PATCHS service, for the Practice, has had to be adapted, to make it possible for us to offer on the day GP appointments.
Once the day’s PATCH'S allocated slots have been used, the service will be switched off until the next working day.
This is to help us to safely manage demand and ensures that our Doctors are able to respond to your PATCH'S enquiry within the correct time scale.
If you find that the PATCH'S service is unavailable, please try using it again, on the next working day.
The PATCH'S service is continually under review, and we thank you for your understanding of this slight change, at this time.

New Telephone Call-Back Service
This practice now offers a ‘Call-Back’ service following an upgrade to our telephone systems. From the 20th of December you will hear a message which will tell you how to request a call back. However, you will still have the option to remain on the line if you need an urgent appointment. Please note however, that if you ask for a call back, you will need to be available to answer your telephone as we are unable to make multiple calls. If you miss the call, you will need to call the surgery back.

NHS Digital has recently announced it is setting up a new primary care data collection service.
